Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation 14 days in advance, we do not charge any costs. In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the start of the tour, we charge 50% of the costs. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the tour, we charge 100% of the costs.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour in bad weather, i.e. in case of storm, heavy rain, strong wind, extremely high temperatures and cold or slippery conditions. In this case, no costs are due.
Any costs paid in advance will be returned to you as soon as possible (within 10 working days).
