Campingpark de Vuurkuil

Camping park de Vuurkuil is a campsite and chalet park on the Veluwe with a focus on tranquility. The park is located in the natural area of Hulshorst, a stone's throw from the Hanseatic and fortified city of Harderwijk. For sports enthusiasts, there are beautiful cycling, mountain biking, equestrian and walking routes near the park.

Camping field
A total of more than 30 spacious and beautiful camping pitches in a playful design with room for seasonal recreation and tourist pitches. All camping pitches have electricity and a water tap. The entire field has free WiFi. There is a small playground for children, where they can have fun to their heart's content. There is also an animal enclosure and children can use the go-karts. The field has a modern and sustainable (gas-free) sanitary building with underfloor heating. Complete with toilets, showers, washing up areas and water taps for cold and hot water.

Chalet park
The park contains more than 100 chalets and luxurious Tiny Houses. The chalets have parking spaces next to the accommodation. They offer fresh products such as real Veluwe honey from bees in the park, but also delicious fresh eggs from their own chickens.

Nature and environment
A desert in the Netherlands? Hulshorsterzand is a rare sand drift near the park. Would you prefer a little more fun? Harderwijk and Elburg are breathtaking Hanseatic cities where you can easily spend a day. Don't forget to visit the painting village of Nunspeet.

Restaurant

A delicious bite to eat is possible at the adjacent restaurant, Brasserie Poorter. A cozy brasserie where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks.

Activities
The Veluwe is ideal for walking, cycling, mountain biking and/or horse riding. Visit Het Loo Palace or Staverden Castle and take a walk through the beautiful gardens. Would you prefer a little more relaxation? Then book a sauna and wellness experience at the Zwaluwhoeve or visit the Julianatoren Adventure Park and the Apenheul in Apeldoorn.
