Six resistance fighters
At the General Cemetery East on the Eperweg in Nunspeet, there is a monument to the left of the asphalt path near the British graves. Six resistance fighters who were executed in Varsseveld, at the Woeste Hoeve and in Apeldoorn are buried here. The monument was unveiled in 1945 and was designed by H.J. van Geenen and H. van Willigen. The monument consists of a column of black natural stone and six gravestones.
