Veluwse Wandeldagen

On 27 and 28 February and 1 March, the VVVs in the municipalities of Elburg, Ermelo, Harderwijk, Nunspeet and Putten are organising the Veluwe Walking Days.
During these 3 days, routes of 10 to 15 km will be set out in these 5 municipalities. Participants can choose a different municipality every day and discover the beautiful Veluwe nature for 3 days.
You can start from 9:30 am.

Participation costs € 14.95 per day and includes the route and a light lunch.

Obtaining the routes:

You can collect the routes from 27 February to 1 March at the VVV information points of the relevant municipality. Each municipality has the same route for three days.
If you want to participate for multiple days, you will start in a different municipality every day.

Starting locations & Routes:

Municipality of Nunspeet

In the municipality of Nunspeet, you can start at both VVV Nunspeet and VVV Elspeet during these three days. In Nunspeet, you will set off on a 13 km long walking route that focuses on the origins of Nunspeet as an artist colony. You will walk past places that were characteristic of the flourishing artist period and of course past many inspiring places in nature. Afterwards, a delicious lunch awaits you at Mimosa.
A beautiful and varied route through the nature around Elspeet has been set out in Elspeet. Enjoy impressive old trees and vast heathlands during this 10 km route. Spot a burial mound along the way and visit the Elspeet Mill. Keep an eye on our website and social media for the lunch address in Elspeet.

On both of our routes, dogs (on a leash) are allowed. In Nunspeet, dogs are also welcome at the lunch address, as long as they stay at the table.
