Natuurkampeerterrein Nieuw Soerel te Nunspeet

Campsite Nieuw Soerel is located on an open space in the middle of the vast forests south of Nunspeet. Here you camp in the middle of nature!

Surroundings
The camping site is located in the Nunspeet forest on the Veluwe. In addition to excellent hiking, you can also take wonderful bike rides there. Get on your bike early in the evening, instead of during the day. There is a good chance that you will encounter wildlife on the way. There is also a special wildlife observation spot near the camping site. By bike you can also reach the Zandenplas in no time, where you can swim. Or visit the picturesque fishing village of Elburg.

Comfortable
The facilities are simple but everything is available to make camping here comfortable. There is a heated sanitary building with hot showers. Camping site Nieuw Soerel is located on the Veluwe, south of Nunspeet in an open space in the forest. You can choose between a sheltered spot with a view of the bushes, or a spot with an unobstructed view. The natural camping site offers space for tents, caravans and campers. In the evening you can enjoy a campfire at the fire hut.

Searching for tracks
Forest ranger Roel will gladly tell you about the inhabitants of the Veluwe when he visits the campsite. Did you know, for example, that there are many wild boars around the campsite? They are mainly active at dusk. You can not only see them here, but also smell and hear them. Where a rotte (group of wild boars) has been, it sometimes stinks for an hour in the wind. And when a rotte is on the move, you can hear their trotting in the distance. So you are actually camping here in the middle of the wild boars.
